It was a demanding project with a ton of moving parts and uncontrollable variables: direction by committee, near-zero budget, dozens of difficult-to-reach content providers, multiple rounds of revisions, and last-minute changes and additions—the kind of project even experienced designers dread. She managed the entire project from concept to completion, including working with the committee, communicating with content providers, writing and editing content, creating an appealing layout design, incorporating feedback, and working with a commercial printer. Whew! Miraculously, Kathy rose to the challenge, maintained deadlines and delivered a stellar piece."
